Direct Payments

Direct payments through Credit Card or Bank Account (Checking or Saving)

One of the ways we can keep the dojo functioning properly is to make the process of dues paying virtually seamless. You have the option of paying your dues either through an automatic debit on your credit card or through an automatic bank withdrawal from yout checking or savings account. This is a simple process, which can be initiated by simply printing and filling out the authorization agreement form indicating your preferred method of payment and returning it to Jackie. Since the information of this form is confidential, do not just leave it in the dojo. You can also email the information to Jackie at jcossmon@pacbell.net.

If you have any questions or difficulties with the direct payments please email Jackie at jcossmon@pacbell.net

Cancellation

If you must stop training or you need to take an extended break and wish to discontinue your membership with Aikido of Mountain View, notify Katja prior to the first of the month when you wish to relinquish your dojo membership. Although there will be no refunds for any portion of the month you do not train, there will be no more charges on your credit card nor any new withdrawals made to you bank account. Please speak to one of your teachers before you quit training. If you return to the dojo as a dues paying member within one year, you will not be required to pay the $25 initiation registration fee. A cancellation form that can be used is in the dojo. There are two ways to cancel:
